Commissioned by the HOA of Berkeley Terrace Community, to redesign the front entrance experience.  The gate required replacing due to being hit by multiple trucks over the years and fears of EMS access due to narrow openings and tight curves at 13ft wide. Created a plan to widen both the entrance and exit to 18ft clear drive lanes. Saved existing callbox and center stone column. Worked with existing conditions to avoid scope creep. Presented concept and drawings to community and gained vote of approval from 90% of eligible households.
