Develop and launch the Office Depot Corporation flagship across 2 cities Austin, TX and Los Gatos CA. Concept to focus on the experience of shopping with large video boards, warm colors, textures and wood tones and a 13ft tall tablet (and glowing ring of light). The plan called for “Service in the front, supplies in the back”! Entering the building customers would encounter a furniture showroom featuring products from both the commercial and retail catalogues, all set up to be functional including power. A large technology department specializing in products by HP. And a copy center featuring lounge and customer community work tables, hiding behind a wood video wall was a large commercial print center for out of site production. Also Included in Los Gatos was the launch of a new subscription co-working space.
